A serial entrepreneur and an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in a broad set of areas around security and aerospace technologies, oil and gas industry, international economy and trade, holds a Master’s degree in International Economy. For more than 8 years, he was in charge of administrating the seismic acquisition projects in Africa and South Pacific regions for such clients as Exxon, Total, Chevron, Oilsearch and Interoil, being responsible for procurement budgets of 100 million+ dollars per project. Ukrainian innovations development platform, managed by Dimitri, was launched as a private public partnership between private and state companies. The main achievement of the IDP was selecting the drone technology, marketing it to potential foreign armies and signing first international contract with foreign army in 6 month time.
